Mr. Modern MLB Player
Now listen to me, Mr. Modern Major League Baseball Player. DO NOT point at the sky the next time you hit a home run, or even worse, after a single while standing on first base. I’m going to have to insist. Why do you do that? Where did that come from? Who are you pointing to? It’s your friggin’ job to get on base and you don’t need to acknowledge dead relatives with the psychotic gesturing toward heaven. Who the hell started this ridiculous pointing?? Get on base (since it’s your job), play the game right, pay attention, and stop with the “hot dog” antics. It’s not all about you. I could be mistaken, but I never saw Willy Mays, Mickey Mantle, Hank Aaron, or Sandy Koufax point to the sky to bring more attention to themselves. Their bats and fastball did that. Oh, and by the way, while we’re at it … stop with the damn bat flipping too. Today. And get a friggin’ haircut.
